Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Dream Big Tenerife Inc., operating under the brand Build a Business That Runs Itself ("BBRS", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering for our free webinar, starting a free trial, purchasing a membership, or using our website or the BBRS Leadership System, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so, and "you" also refers to that company.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for business owners, leaders and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase a membership.

Memberships are sold for business and professional use, not for personal or household purposes.

Our Services

BBRS provides business education designed to help leaders and their teams reduce leader-dependence and build a more independent, solution-driven way of operating. Our services include:

• The free webinar: an online educational video available after registration.
• The BBRS Leadership System: a fully online, subscription-based program built around a short daily practice of about 5 minutes for the leader and about 5 minutes for team members, delivered through an initiation month and 12 program months, released week by week.
• Related materials: emails, resources and bonuses described on our offer pages.

Program content is released and structured as described inside the BBRS Leadership System. Time estimates, such as "about 5 minutes a day", are approximate and may vary by person and team.

Company Membership

One membership is purchased by one company and gives that company's own leaders, managers, employees and team members access to the BBRS Leadership System. The membership is not priced per employee.

• A membership covers one company, meaning one business entity and the people who work for it.
• Access may not be shared with, resold to, or used by other companies, clients, franchisees or third parties.
• The person who purchases the membership is responsible for managing who in the company receives access.
• Team access: on the monthly plan, the free trial week is for the person who starts it. Team members are added after the first payment. On the annual plan, team members can be added right away. To add team members, send us their names and email addresses, and we will set up their access, usually within one business day.
• We may contact you if we believe access is being used outside your company, and we may limit or remove access that does not comply with these Terms.

If your organization operates several separate companies or brands and wants access for each, please contact us before purchasing.

Founding Member Rate

The founding member rate is available to the first 50 companies that join. Once these spots are filled, the founding rate is no longer offered to new members.

• The founding monthly rate is $297 per month. After the founding spots are filled, the price for new members is planned to be $997 per month.
• Your founding rate stays locked for as long as your membership remains continuously active, including automatic renewals.
• If your membership ends, is cancelled, or lapses because of a failed payment that is not resolved, the founding rate ends. If you rejoin later, the price offered at that time applies.

As a founding member, we may invite you to share feedback or take part in short check-ins about your experience. Participation is voluntary. We will only publish your name, your company's name, or your specific results with your prior written permission.

Plans, Trials, Billing & Renewal

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.

Monthly Plan

• The monthly plan begins with a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is automatically charged $297 at the end of the trial, and then every month on the same billing date, until you cancel.
• A free trial is available once per company.

Annual Plan

• The annual plan is a single payment of $2,970 for 12 months, charged at the time of purchase.
• The annual plan does not include a free trial.
• The 12 months include the full program: the initiation month plus all 12 program months, structured in 4-week program months.
• Automatic renewal: unless you cancel before your renewal date, the annual plan renews automatically for another 12 months, and your payment method is charged the annual price in effect for your membership at that time (for founding members, the founding annual rate).

Switching From Monthly to Annual

You can switch from the monthly plan to the annual plan at any time by purchasing the annual plan. Your monthly plan will then be cancelled so that future monthly charges stop. Switching is not prorated: the annual plan starts with its full 12-month billing cycle, and the remaining part of your current paid month is not refunded or credited. Your progress in the program is kept.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers integrated with our checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the plan you choose, including automatic renewals. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, and access may be paused until payment is resolved.

Cancellation

There is no long-term contract. You decide how long BBRS is valuable for your company.

• During the free trial: cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
• Monthly plan: you can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the current paid month. Partial months are not refunded, except under the 14-day money-back guarantee.
• Annual plan: you can cancel automatic renewal at any time before your renewal date. After the 14-day money-back guarantee period, the annual payment is non-refundable. You keep access until the end of your 12-month term.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to stay because BBRS helps you run your company better, not because a contract forces you to stay.

• If you are not satisfied, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment, and we will refund that first payment in full.
• On the monthly plan, this means up to 21 days without risk: the 7-day free trial plus 14 days after your first payment.
• On the annual plan, the guarantee applies to the full $2,970 payment within 14 days of purchase.
• The guarantee applies to the first payment of a new membership, once per company. It does not apply to later monthly payments or renewals.
• When a refund is issued, the membership and access end.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Monthly Business Assessment Bonus

Eligible members receive one Online Business Assessment per month, designed to highlight where leadership time may be lost, where the business may be losing money, and which areas may be worth improving next.

• Eligibility: if you registered for our free webinar, you must start your free trial or join within 7 days of registering. If you did not register for the webinar, you are eligible when you start your free trial or join from our offer page. Eligibility is based on the dates recorded in our systems.
• Start: the first assessment is provided after your first payment.
• Frequency: one assessment per month for as long as your membership remains active. Annual members receive one per month during their 12-month term and any renewal.
• The bonus ends when the membership ends. Unused assessments do not carry over and have no cash value.
• The format and delivery of the assessment are determined by BBRS and may be updated over time.

Assessments are general business education and observations. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting or employment advice.

Use of Content

All content provided by BBRS, including videos, lessons, daily practices, frameworks, text, graphics and materials, is owned by Dream Big Tenerife Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

During an active membership, we grant your company a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for its own internal business purposes. You may not:

• Copy, record, download, redistribute, publish or resell the content, except where we make a download feature available for your internal use.
• Share access or materials with people outside your company.
• Use the content to create a competing training program or product.
• Remove copyright or ownership notices.

Accounts & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity under your company's accounts. Please provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse our services, including by attempting to disrupt the website, access it without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes.

No Guarantee of Results

BBRS provides business education. Results depend on many factors, including your company, your team, your consistency and how the material is applied.

Our content is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical or employment advice. You remain responsible for your business decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the website or the BBRS Leadership System will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Big Tenerife Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dream Big Tenerife Inc. from claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services, including sharing access or content outside your company.

Changes to Services & Terms

We may update, improve or change program content, features and bonuses over time. We will not reduce the core of what you purchased during a paid period without a fair alternative.

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the effective date. Changes apply from the effective date and do not change the price of an active founding membership. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or end access if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, including unauthorized sharing of access or content, fraud or non-payment. Where reasonable, we will contact you first to resolve the issue.

If we end a membership without a breach on your part, we will refund any prepaid amount for the unused portion of your term.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer or local laws provide otherwise.

Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us first. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and informally.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information. It forms part of these Terms.
